Can you pick up dry cleaning or coveralls at the same time as my subscription?

Absolutely! Coveralls will be cleaned and dropped back off with your subscription bag. Dry Cleaning will be returned the following week. Coveralls and dry cleaning will be completed and charged to your credit card on file.

What Can I put in my Standard Laundry Bag?

You can put any clothing that would go through a normal wash and dry cycle in the bag, fill up the bag as much as you need! As long as the bag closes at the top!

What Can’t I put in my Standard Laundry Bag

There are certain items that are not eligible for a standard laundry bag:

• Coveralls
• Cloth Diapers
• Sneakers and Shoes
• Bedding
• Dog Beds
• Dry Clean Items

If you have any of these items, contact us about adding them onto your subscription!

What happens if I forget to put my laundry out on my pickup day?

There are two options if we are unable to complete a pickup on your pickup day, You can drop off bag at our Laundromat, South Side Laundry and Dry Cleaning by 8PM the day of, and we will complete your wash and Fold and have it back to you the next Day. We can also reschedule your Pickup and drop off for a charge of $10.00

What if I have more laundry than what will fit

No Problem! Laundry over and above your standard bag(s) can also be picked up and delivered on the same schedule. Simply bag the laundry and leave it with your regular pickup, we’ll do the rest! additional laundry is billed at $2.20/lb with a 5lb Minimum.

Do I have to be home for Pickup or Drop-off?

Nope! We can pickup and deliver without you having to be home, on pickup day, simply leave your bag(s) out for us and we’ll pick it up. For delivery, we will typically drop off your clean laundry at the same place it was picked up from, but if you would have have it left somewhere else, feel free to provide delivery notes for our drivers, they can leave it behind a gate, or put it in a garage or door by providing us an entry code!
